Who We Are and Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you (the customer, ordinarily a business) and ThinkCarry, a corporate gifting and branded-merchandise supplier based at A14 Building, Inderlok, New Delhi 110035.

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Our Services

We supply custom-branded corporate merchandise to businesses on a quote-and-order basis. Orders start from a minimum quantity of 25 pieces, with the exact minimum varying by product.

• Branded bags including backpacks, laptop bags, duffles, office bags and promotional totes
• Related corporate merchandise such as luggage, drinkware, tech accessories and apparel
• Custom branding by screen-print, UV print, deboss, emboss or embroidery
• Custom gift packaging, personalised notes, kitting and multi-address dispatch

Enquiries, Quotes and Order Confirmation

Product listings and indicative from-prices on our website are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. To order, you share your requirements and we prepare a quote, usually within one business day.

An order is confirmed only once you approve our written quote, we agree the branding and quantities, and any required advance or purchase order is in place. Where custom branding is involved, we produce a sample for your sign-off before full production.

Scheduling, Lead Times and Rescheduling

Production and delivery lead times are agreed at the quote stage and depend on the product, quantity and branding. Many stock items can be delivered within about seven days of order confirmation, while premium or fully custom items take longer.

Timelines begin once artwork and any sample are approved and payment terms are met. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible; we will do our best to accommodate changes, though production that has already started may not be reversible.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver your order accurately and on time, you agree to provide correct and complete information and to cooperate at the branding and delivery stages.

• Provide accurate delivery addresses, PIN codes and a contact person for each location
• Supply branding artwork in a usable format and confirm its accuracy
• Review and approve samples and proofs within the agreed time
• Ensure you have the right to use any logos, trademarks or artwork you send us
• Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries at the stated addresses

Pricing and How It Is Calculated

Pricing is quote-based. The per-piece price depends on the product, order quantity, branding method and packaging, and generally improves as quantities grow. From-prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and are not final.

Unless stated otherwise in your quote, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, and of any freight or special packaging, which are added as set out in the quote.

• Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product, starting at 25 pieces
• Custom branding, packaging and kitting may carry additional charges
• Taxes and delivery are charged as specified in your quote

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your quote or order confirmation. For bulk and custom-branded orders, we typically require an advance payment or an approved purchase order before production begins, with the balance due as agreed prior to or on dispatch.

We accept payment through the methods stated on your invoice, including bank transfer and UPI. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment terms are met.

Warranty and Quality

We inspect every batch before dispatch and stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If products arrive with a genuine manufacturing defect or a branding error on our part, we will repair, remake or refund the affected items as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Our responsibility is limited to the quality of the goods and branding we supply. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues arising from artwork or specifications you approved are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in fulfilling every order. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions or force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The website content, our designs and our branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Logos, trademarks and artwork you provide remain yours; you grant us permission to use them solely to produce your order, and you confirm you are entitled to use them.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
